1. Service Activation

Service is activated after feasibility, documentation, and initial payment clearance. Installation timelines may vary by coverage zone and infrastructure availability.

2. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate contact and installation information.
  • Use services lawfully and avoid abusive, fraudulent, or network-disruptive activity.
  • Secure home/office devices connected to the MK Fiber network.

3. Billing and Suspension

Invoices are issued according to your subscribed plan. Delayed or unpaid invoices may result in temporary suspension until dues are cleared.

4. Fair Usage and Performance

Speed and performance may vary based on internal wiring, WiFi quality, and peak-hour congestion. MK Fiber applies fair usage and network management policies to maintain stability for all users.

5. Service Changes

Plan prices, offers, technical specs, and support SLAs may be updated from time to time. Updated terms become effective upon publication.
